A few things worth flagging before this goes live:

  1. Registered address — I kept the original registered office address (701, 7th Floor, Chintamani Avenue, Goregaon East) as a placeholder since it belongs to the source document’s company, not Kaara TechSol. Replace with your actual registered office address.
  2. Service description mismatch — the policy describes the business as specializing in “Servers, Storage Solutions, Networking Equipment, Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDPS)” — this matches the original hardware/system-integration business, not Kaara TechSol’s actual offerings (AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, etc., per your Solutions page). Worth updating this paragraph to reflect your real service lines.
  3. Companies Act reference — states “registered under the Companies Act, 1956” — confirm whether Kaara TechSol is registered under this Act or the Companies Act, 2013 (most companies incorporated after 2013 fall under the newer Act).
  4. Vendor/marketplace language — several sections (e.g., “vendors submitting bids,” “contractors and labourers”) reflect a marketplace-style platform, which may not apply to Kaara TechSol’s B2B consulting model. Worth reviewing with legal counsel to trim sections that don’t apply.
